About The Role

As a Senior Post-Merger Integration Manager, you’ll lead the charge in ensuring our acquisitions deliver their full potential—operationally, financially, and culturally. You’ll design and execute detailed integration plans, collaborate across every major business function, and help newly combined teams move forward as one. This is a high-visibility role with direct influence on how we grow and evolve as an organization.

What You’ll Do
Integration Planning & Delivery
  • Develop and lead end-to-end integration plans alongside workstream leads, establishing clear milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
  • Oversee overall integration execution to ensure on-time, on-budget, and successful outcomes for the people.
  • Partner with workstream leads to ensure alignment and consistency across all business areas.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Work closely with leaders across Product, Technology, Operations, IT, HR, Finance, and Legal to solve key dependencies and must-hit-rights.
  • Build bridges between acquiring and acquired teams to ensure a smooth, cohesive transition.
Change Management & Culture
  • Anticipate and manage risks, drive proactive solutions, and champion positive change.
  • Foster cultural alignment and engagement, helping teams navigate change confidently.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
  • Track integration progress, report key metrics to leadership, and measure synergy realization.
  • Conduct post-integration reviews and contribute to improving our PMI playbooks and best practices.
  • Explore and embed AI into PMI processes.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in post-merger integration, M&A consulting, or large-scale project management.
  • Experience across the full integration life cycle of pre-closing and post-closing.
  • Experience in integration programme management including tracking of Value Creation Plans, Cost Synergies, and Integration budgets.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of M&A processes and operational functions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP or similar project management certification (advantageous).
  • Experience in Go‑To‑Market, Product, or Technology related integration priorities is a plus.
