• A minimum of three years’ experience supporting individuals with Special Educational Needs.
• In-depth knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
• Experience of identifying and delivering training needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and delivering a Positive Behaviour Support approach.
• Work in partnership with children and families to identify support needs.
• Ensure staff benefit from PBS training and good practice coaching.
