Overview

Senior Manager, Partner Sales Enablement role based in London, United Kingdom or Dublin, Ireland. The position leads the global partner enablement strategy, delivering scalable, value-based sales and pre-sales training across Sitecore’s partner ecosystem. The mission is to empower partners to build highly skilled Sitecore practices, from opportunity discovery through selling, positioning, and demonstrating Sitecore solutions.

You’ll influence hundreds of partners worldwide and work with cross-functional teams to ensure partner enablement materials reflect evolving GTM strategies, new solution releases, and product launches. This is an opportunity to shape and execute a sales enablement programme from the ground up with significant influence on partner success and market impact.

What You Will Do
  • Design and implement strategic initiatives and programmes to enhance partner skills and build competency frameworks focused on Sitecore’s SaaS platform and capabilities
  • Deliver scalable training to partner sales and pre-sales teams using a value-based selling methodology
  • Facilitate webinars, workshops, bootcamps, and other events to support GTM partner education
  • Develop and deliver enablement content and programmes, collaborating with product marketing, product management, training, partner marketing, sales, alliances, partner communications, and other internal teams
  • Ensure partner enablement messaging stays aligned with evolving GTM strategies, new releases, and product launches
  • Conduct product demonstrations tailored to pre-sales partner audiences to support understanding and engagement
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on partner progress within the enablement framework; identify gaps and recommend improvements
What You Need to Succeed
  • A minimum of five years of progressive experience in sales engineering, solution consulting, or partner sales enablement
  • Solid understanding of the MarTech ecosystem and SaaS-based CMS solutions
  • Proven expertise in sales training, including seller enablement and capability development
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver high-impact training
  • Experience in software demonstrations using a value-based selling approach
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt priorities in response to market dynamics
  • Ability to quickly absorb and synthesize complex information within tight timeframes
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart
  • Extensive experience in content management systems, e-commerce platforms, and digital asset management solutions
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue)
  • Experience in building programmes from the ground up with a focus on scalability

  • Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to design intelligent agent solutions
