Responsibilities

  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical and business challenges.
  • Drive renewal strategies and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Deliver client training sessions, product updates, and thought leadership presentations.
  • Partner with internal teams to advocate for client needs.
  • Mentor junior PAMs and contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiatives.
