The Role: Senior Paid Media Executive

We’re looking for a driven and detail‑obsessed Paid Media specialist to deliver high‑performing campaigns for our clients across search, social and programmatic platforms.

You’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day campaign performance, contribute to strategic planning, nurture client relationships, and help develop our Analysts as part of a collaborative, cross‑channel team.

What You’ll Be Doing1. Campaign Management & Performance
  • Manage daily pacing, optimisation and budget allocation across paid accounts
  • Conduct audits and implement platform best practices
  • Analyse performance data and prepare reports (daily–monthly)
  • Support forecasting, quarterly planning and client roadmaps
  • Implement scripts (with Innovation team support) and maintain QA standards
  • Stay ahead of emerging platforms, betas and industry changes
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Present performance updates and strategic insights confidently
  • Partner with SEO, Content and other teams to deliver integrated Total Search strategies
  • Support and mentor Analysts, contributing to internal training
3. Professional Growth & Development
  • Take ownership of your development, including annual Google certifications
  • Share industry insights and learnings with the team
  • Work with your manager to expand your skills and client exposure
