Are you a skilled Medical Writer ready to take the next step in your career? Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for a Senior Medical Writer to join our dynamic team, with team members based in both the UK and the USA.

Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy working with colleagues across time zones? In this role, you’ll partner closely with Account Managers, you’ll lead content development and you’ll build strong client relationships to support account growth in our transatlantic team.

You’ll focus on cardiac disease, contributing to a wide variety of deliverables, including congress publications, manuscripts, plain language summaries (PLSs), scientific communication plans, training materials and infographics.

We are looking for a Senior Medical Writer with:

  • 3 years of experience in medical communications, with a writing focus
  • an advanced degree (MS, PhD, MD, PharmD or MPH) in life sciences
  • a strong understanding of publication practices (e.g. GPP 2022, ICMJE guidelines)
  • excellent communication skills, with the confidence to contribute to client calls
  • versatility across deliverables and a commitment to high-quality output
  • a strong commitment to delivering excellent client service considering the dynamic pace of this account.

This is a fully remote position that is open to candidates based in the USA with valid work authorization.
