Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of water treatment and wastewater treatment equipment including pumping systems.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with other disciplines and clients.
  • Capability to manage design delivery, and project manage.
  • Team leader capable of managing and motivating individuals.
  • Willingness to contribute to technical knowledge networks.
  • Drive to be abreast of professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the MEICA design and integration with other disciplines.
  • Contribute to the preparation of design deliverables ensuring proper time/cost/quality balance.
  • Work with the resource manager to manage project resources.
  • Lead business development including proposals and tenders.
  • Manage financials of small to medium sized projects.
