We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Communications & Inside Sales Specialist located in the United Kingdom to serve our teams across international regions! This is a remote working position requiring business travel (both regionally and to the US).

SUMMARY: The Senior Marketing Communications & Inside Sales Specialist will drive customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and brand visibility within the international market. This role bridges the gap between sales and marketing—leading inside sales operations while executing integrated marketing communication strategies that resonate with the international market. The ideal candidate has a proven record of generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and crafting compelling campaigns for technical audiences.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Communications

Work closely with headquarters marketing and International Sales teams to help facilitate the following:

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Manage content creation across channels — email, web, social media, and print.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Develop marketing materials (brochures, case studies, newsletters, and presentations).
  • Coordinate trade shows, webinars, and virtual events to enhance market visibility.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all International internal and external communications.
  • Qualify and prioritize incoming sales leads obtained directly or indirectly.
  • Manage the CRM to track lead activity, forecast pipeline health, and analyze sales performance.
  • Collaborate with field sales and product specialists to convert qualified leads into closed opportunities.
  • Develop and manage inside sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, forecast sales, and report on KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to align lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Work closely with all international sales and US marketing teams to communicate product value propositions effectively.
  • Align sales and marketing strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Communications or related field preferred; equivalent applicable experience considered.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in marketing communications and inside sales within the technology industry required.
  • Understanding of machine-to-machine, IoT (Internet of Things) and Industrial Internet product marketing preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management abilities; strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Local and global travel required; estimated to travel 30% of time.
