We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Associate with 2–3 years of B2B marketing experience to join our growing marketing team. You’ll be a marketing generalist with interests across content, paid, events, and brand, and will play a key role in driving demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director and cross‑functional teams (Sales, Partnerships, Product, Customer Success) to execute multi‑channel campaigns that generate leads, nurture relationships, and support Tenzo’s growth strategy. This role is ideal for someone who’s ready to take ownership, experiment, and make a visible impact in a dynamic scale‑up environment.
