Senior Manager – Social Impact (London)

Key responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of global social‑impact clients and execute integrated campaigns including strategy, earned media, creative, social and digital.
  • Manage day‑to‑day project operations, provide counsel, develop media and campaign strategies, oversee budgets and deliver high‑quality work on time.
  • Draft media strategies, press releases, talking points, FAQs, crisis plans and other deliverables; manage proactive and reactive media outreach.
  • Translate tactical plans into actionable steps, ensuring all deliverables align with strategy and are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Act as the primary client touchpoint, triaging issues, maintaining account trackers and supporting project management.
  • Propose innovative ideas that exceed client expectations and drive business growth.
  • Perform financial management tasks – develop budgets, analyse time entry, maintain invoicing and profitability.

Senior Associate – Digital

Key responsibilities

  • Support digital and integrated client strategies, developing and executing digital and social media programs.
  • Maintain client communication, schedule timelines and coordinate account documentation.
  • Draft cross‑functional briefs and collaborate with creative, paid media and media‑relations teams on digital deliverables.
  • Oversee content production from concept to publishing, including editorial calendar and social media ad mockups.
  • Guide clients on content creation, paid promotion and publishing models.
  • Measure campaign performance against goals and objectives.

Core qualifications

  • At least two years of experience in a similar role, ideally within social or digital media agencies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines and prioritising tasks.
  • Familiarity with paid and organic social content creation, paid search, display advertising, SEO, influencer partnership and digital strategy development.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to participate in new‑business pitches.
Account Director – Healthcare Public Affairs & Policy (Brussels)

Key responsibilities

  • Lead client and inter‑agency relationships for large pharma, biotech, patient advocacy groups and medical societies.
  • Develop fully integrated public‑affairs, advocacy and issues‑management campaigns that meet client objectives.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams, translating client needs into actionable integrated plans.
  • Support business development and strategic programme planning to grow the portfolio.
  • Provide financial oversight – budgeting, invoicing, and time‑entry to maintain profitability.
  • Mentor and coach account leads and portfolio team members; participate in talent hiring, onboarding and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, collaborate on pitches and drive business expansion.

Core qualifications

  • 6–8 years of proven experience in EU & Global Public Affairs and Policy for the healthcare sector, especially pharma & biotech.
  • Ideally an agency background with experience at the Account Director level.
  • EU citizenship, currently resident in Brussels.
  • Strong communication, project‑management and people‑management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to deliver high‑standard work.
