A leading academic publisher is seeking a Senior Impact Evaluator in Cambridge to manage impact evaluation projects and assess the effectiveness of educational products. The ideal candidate will have a PhD or equivalent in relevant fields and strong skills in quantitative and qualitative research. Salary: £45,100 - £60,400
Location: Cambridge, Hybrid (at least 2 days per week in the office)
Contract: Permanent, Full time (35 hours per week)
We are recruiting for a Senior Impact Evaluator within Propositions Group at Cambridge University Press & Assessment – English to manage a range of impact evaluation activities which provide evidence of the effectiveness of our products and programmes.

We are seeking a highly experienced educational researcher with strong quantitative and qualitative skills to join our Impact Evaluation team at Cambridge English. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping how we measure, report, and communicate the impact of our programmes and products, contributing to meaningful change in the field of education and English language learning.
The role will be reporting to the Head of Impact Evaluation. The successful applicant will be required to carry out the following activities:
