A leading public utility provider in Belfast is seeking a Senior HR Officer to support HR activities for Northern Ireland. This role involves acting as the first point of contact for HR matters, providing end-to-end support in recruitment, employee relations, and development. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD Level 3 qualification and relevant HR experience, particularly in operational settings. You will act as the first point of contact for all HR activity in Northern Ireland, providing end-to-end generalist support and partnering with managers on employee relations, performance, recruitment and development. This role offers broad exposure, autonomy and the chance to shape HR delivery locally while being fully supported by an experienced HR team.
