A leading health care provider in Warrington is seeking a Senior Health Care Assistant to join their new team at Woolston House. The role involves supporting personal care and leading a team to deliver high-quality care. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience, a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, and strong communication skills. This position is full-time, requiring night shifts and weekends.

Location: Woolston, Warrington
Contract type: 42 hours per week - Weekends required
Rate: £13.77 per hour
We are looking for an experienced Health Care Assistant to join our brand‑new team at Woolston House, a state‑of‑the‑art care home. In this role you will work closely with the Nurse in Charge to lead a small Care Team in delivering high‑quality care for the people we support.
As a Senior Health Care Assistant your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

To apply you must have relevant experience, a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, plus Maths and English at GCSE Grade C or above (or an equivalent functional skills qualification). You should be able to deal with and defuse challenging situations, be energetic and outgoing, a great listener and communicator, comfortable working independently but willing to raise issues when necessary, and possess strong team‑leadership skills.
