A leading technology firm in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Front-End Engineer to create modern applications using React and TypeScript. You will collaborate closely with designers to enhance user experiences and ensure the UI maintains a high standard. The role emphasizes ownership and rapid pace in a fast-growing startup. As a Senior Front-End Engineer at Ben, you'll own the experience that hundreds of thousands of employees and HR teams interact with daily - benefits browsing, cashback, plan configurations, the admin tools that make complex benefit administration feel simple.
You'll take features from design to production: collaborating with product and design to understand the problem, figuring out the right approach, building it, shipping it.
Your work will involve contributing towards our component architecture, styling standards, tooling decisions and accessibility practices, the goal being to deliver the best possible user experience for our customers!
