We are a Sheffield based start-up providing expert engineering consultancy to a variety of clients and industries. We primarily focus on engineered product design, and work in a range of industries and contexts from biotech and medtech to water and heavy industry. About you

• Extremely strong background in embedded software development
• Strong experience writing and deploying production firmware for Microprocessors
• FPGA experience
• 5+ years experience post-qualification, experience in senior engineering roles

Alongside the above, the below competencies will strengthen an application:

• Experienced and enthusiastic in using LLM tools to speed up workflows (e.g claude code)
• Experience with electromechanical systems, control loops and kinematics
• Strong understanding of electronics design and manufacture
