Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in estimating within civil engineering.
• At least 5 years’ on-site experience in Civil Engineering.
• Solid knowledge of CESMM, HWMM, SMM7 and NEC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed, analytical estimates from first principles.
• Review tender documents and assess scope for accurate quantities.
• Compile enquiries for subcontractors and suppliers.
