Qualifications

• Professional membership (IEMA/CIEEM/CIWEM) or equivalent experience.
• Strong environmental management background.
• Excellent knowledge of legislation, ecology, mitigation and licensing.
• Confident communicator able to influence at all levels.
• Strong organisational, reporting and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a small team effectively.
• Flexibility to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible environmental and sustainability leadership across the project.
• Manage and support a team of ES Advisors, Coordinators and graduates.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, consents, permits and environmental standards.
• Lead environmental inspections, audits and incident management.
• Oversee environmental documentation, reporting and client submissions.
• Identify sustainability opportunities and drive action plans.
• Engage with regulators, stakeholders and specialist consultants.
