Qualifications

• Experience in consulting and negotiating with planning authorities, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Understanding of construction techniques and pollution prevention.
• Understanding of sewage and water treatment processes is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing environmental consent applications.
• Consulting with external authorities to agree on necessary surveys and assessments.
• Working closely with design & construction teams for support.
• Preparing or reviewing construction environmental management plans.

Skills

Excellent working knowledge of the environmental and consenting process

Strong report writing and excellent verbal presentation skills

Experience of working with Contractors

Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination

A high level of organisational skills

Good IT skills

Education

Relevant degree in an environmental or similar related subject
