The role

As a Senior Employee Relations Specialist, you’ll take the lead in managing complex employee relations cases and settlement negotiations. This is a pivotal role where you’ll influence business best practices, develop policies and processes, and build strong stakeholder relationships. Your work will help shape a positive, fair, and legally compliant workplace, making a real difference to our people and our organisation.

Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all ER-related matters Сообщения

  • Advising and coaching managers on employment law and policy to ensure fair and consistent decisions
  • Building partnerships with business leaders and HR teams to sustain positive employee relations

Qualifications for the Senior Employee Relations Specialist
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
