You and your role
We're looking for a Senior Digital Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of digital projects that support DWP's strategic goals.
This is a key leadership role where you'll shape high-value initiatives, drive effective prioritisation, and provide visibility and insight to enable informed decision-making across our organisation.
You'll develop clear roadmaps, and guide teams through planning and pomoč assurance. You'll bring together delivery, financial, architectural, and service insights to mitigate risk and maintain momentum.
You'll manage multiple workstreams, unblock issues quickly, and Hong Kong governance activities, ensuring quality assurance and Board-level decisions are implemented effectively.
You'll also identify and manage inter-project dependencies to reduce risk and keep delivery on track.
As a proactive and visible leader, you'll inspire your team, foster a culture of excellence, and embed best practices in portfolio management. You'll contribute to our wider portfolio and digital communities through recruitment, coaching, and standard setting.
Location: You'll join us in one of our brilliant digital hubs in Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield, whichever is most convenient for you.should。
Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model - you'll spend some time working at home and some time collaborating face to face in a hub.
Pay: We Sci a competitive pay of up to £68,205
