Senior Designer – Healthcare Marketing (Contract) – Full-Time Contract (Minimum 4 Months). Start Date: Mid to Late October 2025. Location: Cardiff-by-the-Sea, CA [Hybrid, remote M & F, in-office T-TH]. Industry: Healthcare Marketing: B2B and B2C.

Responsibilities
  • Lead design execution across a range of formats, including print collateral, websites, landing pages, digital display ads, social media ads, and email campaigns.
  • Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
  • Ensure design accuracy and consistency across all touchpoints, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Work closely with copywriters, developers, and marketing managers to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative assets.
  • Adapt complex healthcare concepts into clear, engaging, and patient-friendly visual communications.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors when needed.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house creative environment.
  • Proven healthcare marketing experience—familiarity with regulatory considerations, patient-centric communication, and healthcare industry standards.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of print, web, and digital ad work.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma or similar web design tools.
  • Experience with responsive website design and an understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Knowledge of preparing digital assets for various ad platforms and social channels.
  • Exceptional typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Contract Details
  • Full-time commitment for a minimum of 4 months.
