The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering design information on major projects, with specific involvement in the Life Sciences sector. Ideal candidates will have experience in managing complex design work from the contractor's viewpoint, as well as strong organizational skills. Qualifications

• Experience of delivering high value, complex design work from the main contractor perspective.
• Ability to organise, plan, programme and manage workloads.
• Experience working on construction projects in a Design Management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Management and delivery of design information in accordance with the agreed programme.
• Design input at both preconstruction and construction stages of projects.
• Production of design programmes and schedules.
