As a key playerinthe preconstruction and construction stage, youwill be responsible for managing all design aspects from concept to completion, ensuring projects aredelivered to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

Your main tasks:

• Lead and manage the design process formultiple projects, ensuring that designs meet the project’s objectives,budget, and timeline.
• Lead, coordinate and manage internal designteams and external consultants to ensure effective delivery of designobjectives.
• Define and implement designstrategies, management plans, and processes aligned with project andcompany goals.
• Play a key role in tendering andwork closely with the Preconstruction team.
• Oversee and manage the design team,providing guidance and support.
