Role Summary

Join a fast-growing cloud innovator at the forefront of Data Management and AI as Senior Demand Generation Manager, accelerating our next phase of growth. This newly created position blends data-driven strategy with hands‑on campaign execution: you’ll shape and optimise demand programs using real analytics, but also take ownership and adapt swiftly in the field to deliver results.

This is a hybrid player‑coach role: you will be personally building and optimising pipeline today, while developing the long‑term strategy and helping shape a high‑performing team as growth continues.

Reporting directly to the CMO, you will lead the design and execution of integrated campaigns across Sales‑Led Growth motions (Direct and Partner‑led) to activate global and regional demand programs. Your impact will span key regions including Nordics, Benelux, UK and US, driving engagement with mid‑market and enterprise audiences.

This role is remote and you must be located and authorised to work in the United Kingdom or Denmark.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own campaign strategy and execution across paid media, webinars, email nurture, SEO, and content syndication.
  • Design and run ecosystem co‑marketing campaigns with our technology (Microsoft, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.) and channel partners.
  • Develop and optimise multi‑channel lead journeys that drive measurable lift in MQL→SQL conversions.
  • Build regional and global programs that scale pipeline coverage.
  • Partner with GTM Engineering and Marketing & Sales Ops to enhance lead scoring, nurture automation, and campaign analytics.
  • Propose annual and quarterly demand generation plans and budgets aligned to growth priorities.
  • Track performance metrics (pipeline creation, conversion rates, CPL, CAC efficiency) and continuously improve ROI.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to turn product launches and narratives into compelling, data‑driven campaign stories.
  • Drive a culture of experimentation, optimising budget allocation and channel mix based on data, ongoing testing and customer feedback.
  • Own regular reporting on campaign and funnel performance, providing insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with broader Marketing, Sales and Product teams to ensure that voice of customer is integrated into all demand efforts.

  • 7–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS or Data/AI marketing, in a modern data ecosystem context.
  • Proven success in driving measurable pipeline growth through multi‑channel demand programs.
  • Strong command of HubSpot, Clay, and campaign analytics.
  • Deep understanding of funnel metrics, attribution, and data‑driven optimisation.
  • A creative storyteller who can transform technical ideas into compelling campaign narratives.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing, and Partner teams in a growth‑stage environment.
  • Comfortable operating hands‑on today while thinking strategically about scale for tomorrow and moving smoothly between big‑picture planning and in‑the‑weeds execution.
