A leading housing charity in Wales is looking for a Senior Debt Adviser to join its Housing Services team. This role involves supporting frontline staff with debt advice and delivering casework for complex issues. You will play a crucial role in helping clients secure welfare benefits and ensure housing stability. The position offers a hybrid work model, considerable annual leave, and support programs for employee well-being, contributing to a mission-driven workforce dedicated to fighting for housing security.
Location: Flexible - Employees are provided with an office base but this role can based at any of our offices across Wales

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Housing Services team for a Senior Debt Adviser to support Shelter Cymru’s Arian Project. This project aims to provide clients with vital welfare benefits and debt advice when financial worries threaten their housing security.
The role will support our frontline housing staff by offering expert guidance, building their confidence in dealing with debt-related issues, and delivering direct casework for more complex cases—helping us offer a more comprehensive and effective service to those in need.
