We are Social Trinity, founded in 2017 as creators of the most influential travel accounts on social media. Today, we own the world’s biggest Travel Influencer Network and a collection of UGC travel creators’ content.

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. If you’re a creative leader with exceptional project management skills, a passion for content production, and a strong understanding of the social landscape – this is for you.

The Role

As Senior Creative Manager, you’ll oversee creative development across a diverse roster of clients. You’ll manage end-to-end content production, own project timelines, and ensure the creative team delivers outstanding work that aligns with each brand’s tone, goals, and audience.

You will work closely with videographers, designers, account managers and clients, ensuring all creative output is high-quality, on deadline, and strategically aligned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead creative direction and project management across multiple brand accounts (travel, e-commerce, lifestyle and more)
  • Oversee concept development and execution
  • Manage team workflow, ensuring smooth coordination between designers, editors, and content creators (using workflow systems like Float)
  • Provide creative feedback, uphold quality standards, and maintain brand consistency
  • Stay ahead of social trends and push creative boundaries in content delivery
  • Co‑ordinate shoots, briefs, and production schedules
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in a senior creative, content, or production role – ideally within social media or digital marketing
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and related creative tools
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and people with confidence
  • Experience leading creative teams and giving clear direction
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, native content styles and best practices
  • Confident communicator who can present ideas effectively to clients and internal teams
