A leading healthcare organization in the UK is hiring a Senior Consultant to take on the role of Business Change Manager. This 24-month fixed-term position requires Business Change Management experience, supporting the implementation of digital solutions for NHS Scotland. The successful candidate will engage senior stakeholders, manage resistance, and ensure effective rollout of changes. Key benefits include a pension scheme and flexible working options. We have 2 posts. Both are 24‑month fixed‑term/secondment positions. As per the Fixed Term Contacts Policy, individuals with continuous service within the NHS applying for fixed‑term contract roles may be refused any appointment. Staff currently employed by a NHS board will be offered the post on a secondment only basis.

In order to meet the increasing demand from Health Boards and the Scottish Government, NSS Digital and Security are seeking to recruit a Senior Consultant to assume the role of Business Change Manager as part of the team delivering digital solutions in support of digital services to NHS Scotland and the Scottish Government. The successful applicant will be responsible for working with senior stakeholders on business change management and supporting the implementation of a number of key national products and innovative solutions.
Applications are invited from individuals who have Business Change Management experience to support national platforms and technology implementation. Key skills should include stakeholder engagement and communication, training and development, resistance management and ensuring the successful roll out of changes to processes and platforms.
Gyle Square, Edinburgh or Delta House, Glasgow.
Currently hybrid working.
The work pattern is Monday to Friday/Sunday, 37 hours per week.
