The Role:

As a Senior Concierge, your main objective will be to maintain the highest standards of customer service within the Concierge department, maintaining a level of knowledge about Maybourne Hotel Group and London in general. To provide an unprecedented service to our guests, to deputies in the absence of the Head Concierge or Assistant Head Concierge.

Responsibilities:

As a part of our concierge team you will do your utmost to accommodate our guest requests at all times, by having a great knowledge about the local area London’s latest happenings and places of interest. You, by nature, will be passionate about guest satisfaction and consistently wish to go the extra mile. Ideally, you will have proven experience within a similar environment.
