  • Overseeing physiotherapy staff, caseloads, and resources.
  • Supporting and developing colleagues through supervision, mentoring, and training.

Skills

Strong clinical experience working with complex rehabilitation and Older Adults
Excellent communication, organisation, and clinical reasoning
Confident with IT systems and digital documentation

Education

Physiotherapy degree and HCPC registration
