A leading healthcare institution in Leicester seeks a Senior Clinical Fellow in Day Case Anaesthesia. This role involves providing anaesthetic services, participating in leadership training, and contributing to audit and teaching. This is an opportunity to undertake one of the first national Day Case Anaesthesia fellowships focused on BADS criteria. The Fellowship is aimed at doctors who possess the primary FRCA (or equivalent) with a minimum of four years of anaesthetic experience, or senior trainees, CCT holders seeking further experience in a day‑case role, leadership and management skills within the NHS.
The fellowship will be supervised by Dr Kaushik, Dr Kukreja or Dr Khandia, who will oversee clinical duties and provide education and management support. Fellows will collaborate on personal development plans and may rotate between sites (LGH, LRI, GGH).
