Senior Project Executive/ RTO (Civil and Structural)

Job Description Summary: Responsible for the coordination of projects, including small tenant improvements, assignments, capital improvements and building or site repairs for properties; may provide project management support to Project Managers or Directors for designated projects.

What you will be doing:

• Prepare a clear development brief in respect of the project's quality, cost, and time requirements and limitations.
• Advise on the procurement strategy and prepare project budget and tender documents (pre-contract & post-contract administration and procedures).
• Prepare cost estimate and finalized cost and coordinate project meetings with relevant stakeholders.
