You will enjoy cultivating strong working relationships and reinforcing your technical skills and applying your management expertise to deliver outstanding results for our clients. You will be working a minimum of 3 days per week from a Power New Build office or client office.## Your roleYour experience in any of the following would be beneficial to the role but not all are required to apply:* You have a relevant level of professional experience which could be derived from civil-structural design and analysis (steelwork and reinforced concrete), research and development, project engineering or design consultancy.* You can coordinate across multidisciplinary projects.* You can lead, undertake, and review design of new building structures, and take responsibility for project ownership.* You have worked in highly regulated environments such as nuclear, power or rail.* You can work collaboratively from our offices and across our client sites to understand clients’ needs and deliver to time, cost and quality.* You can write bids and tenders to win work.* You can manage, lead and mentor staff.## About you## Reward & benefitsExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.
