As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Other responsibilities include monitoring resident wellbeing, contributing to care planning, supporting medication needs, and supervising staff.
