Job summary

A leading care provider in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a qualified Senior Care Assistant to join their team. This role involves caring for residential and dementia residents, supervising junior staff, and administering medication. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification and has a passion for providing exceptional care. Full-time hours include alternate weekend working and salary is £14.14 per hour plus benefits.

Base Pay

Senior Care Assistant – Day shifts:
£14.14 per hour plus company benefits
Full‑time hours – includes alternate weekend working.

Sutton Park Grange is a stunning, luxurious 56‑bed residential and dementia care home in Sutton Coldfield.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and reliable Senior Carers to join our care team caring for residential and dementia residents. Our team members must have a real passion for care and want to work as part of a close‑knit team supporting each other, promoting choice, individuality and independence to our residents at all times.

Responsibilities

We are looking to recruit experienced Senior Night Carers who hold an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent qualification). You will have supervisory experience, medication administration experience (and relevant qualification) and serve as a supportive mentor to care assistants. We offer a comprehensive induction, support and training and encourage career development.

  • Physically & medically able to carry out duties and responsibilities with or without assistive aids. NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification.
