A leading pharmaceutical company in Greater London is seeking a Senior Scientist to drive CAR T cell design and in-vitro functional testing. This role will involve designing CAR T cell vectors, developing synthesis protocols, and analyzing data to support drug discovery. Ideal candidates will hold an MSc or PhD in relevant fields and have hands-on CAR T testing experience. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £65,000 annually and is an initial 12-month contract with the potential for extension.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAR T cell synthesis and in-vitro functional testing.
• Experience running cytotoxicity, cytokine release and persistence studies.
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design CAR T cell vectors targeting selected antigens.
• Develop CAR T cell synthesis and transduction protocols.
• Analyse data and prepare technical reports.
