The role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior CampaignsManager to lead the development and delivery of marketing campaigns atBevan Brittan. These campaigns will support the firm in raising itsprofile and growing our markets and legal services.

This role sits at the heart of the Business Development &Marketing (BD&M) department. You will report to our Head ofBusiness Development and have responsibility for managing anddeveloping a Campaigns Manager. To bring campaigns to life, you willwork with colleagues across the BD&M department, our externalagencies and a wide range of legal and business support teams.

To help you stay at the forefront of professional services marketing,we will invest in your personal development through trainingprogrammes and access to industry events, publications and market research.

Main Responsibilities

  • Developing a Campaigns strategy that capitalises on opportunitiesacross our markets
  • Conducting market research that helps to identify and informcampaigns, working with our internal Knowledge & Informationteam and external research agencies
  • Conducting client research to identify key issues andopportunities across our client base
  • Assessing and prioritising campaign opportunities
  • Planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Supporting the development of new legal 'products'
  • Producing thought-leadership and horizon scanning research and reports
  • Working with BD&M colleagues to produce content that engagesour target audiences
  • Developing partnerships with key intermediaries, industry groupsand media outlets to enhance and amplify campaigns
  • Managing campaign budgets and agency relationships
  • Measuring and reporting on campaign activity to ensure we areachieving maximum ROI
  • Developing our overall approach to campaigns and rolling this outacross the BD&M department with new tools, templates andtraining programmes
  • Supporting the ongoing development of our new CRM system so thatit plays an integral role in delivering and reporting on campaigns

What we're looking for from you

  • 10+ years B2B communications / campaigns experience
  • Excellent project management skills - able to keep multiplecampaigns on time and on budget
  • Understands the full range of marketing communications channelsand their strengths and weaknesses
  • Able to research, write, produce and edit content across a rangeof media
  • Experience of using marketing systems (e.g. CRM, e-marketing,social media platforms, etc.)
  • Client and market research skills and experience
  • Good business acumen - can understand clients, markets &business issues
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Line management experience - able to manage and develop team members
  • Professional or financial services experience would be advantageous
