Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement within large-scale infrastructure or construction projects (4+ years).
• Manage end-to-end tendering processes, including tender evaluation, recommendation & contract award.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contract frameworks and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective procurement service for sub-contractors and materials.
• Support development of work package documents with the project team.
• Monitor supply chain performance and manage financial status.
