What You'll Be Doing
  • You will develop and execute growth strategies that align with our values and business objectives.
  • You will identify, generate leads, and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities within targeted markets.
  • You will strengthen and grow our client partnerships by offering innovative solutions, whether that’s through upselling or cross-selling our full suite of event services
  • You’ll play a key role in keeping our clients engaged, delighted, and always coming back for more.
  • You will lead by example, help to shape a high-performing team, and support your team with clear vision and mentorship.
  • You will collaborate closely with our Operations and Production team.
  • You will represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

  • You have been working in a similar role for an events management agency, venue, client-side or hospitality service provider for the past 3-4 years.
  • You have the right to work in the UK.
