A fast-growing PropTech startup in the UK is seeking a commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to expand its B2B client base and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have a track record in sales, at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, and the ability to lead the sales process. Position based in Southwark, London, with a competitive OTE salary upwards of £100k.
We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to expand our B2B client base and drive strategic growth, with a focus on Build to Rent (BTR) and institutional landlords. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting and market mapping to pitching, negotiation, and closing long-term partnerships.
