Business Development Manager

Responsibilities include influencing and advising C‑level executives, creating compelling sales pitches and solution themes, negotiating contracts, and managing the full sales cycle to close multi‑tower, large deals. The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital transformation and AI/GenAI propositions for business operations.

Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in business development for BPO services (Consulting/Tech experience is an added advantage)
  • Specialist in Insurance (MUST) and Life Sciences, Healthcare sectors
  • At least 10+ years of experience in Pharma/Healthcare
  • Experience influencing and advising C‑level executives
  • Very fluent with digital transformation and AI/GenAI propositions for business operations
  • Experience creating sales pitches, solution themes, and contract negotiations across the sales cycle
  • Track record of closing multi‑tower, large deals (50‑100 MM+)
