• Proven experience in building surveying, preferably PQE in a commercial consultancy.
• Strong verbal and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking Building Surveyor's inspections and preparing reports.
• Preparing specifications for repair and refurbishment contracts.
• Assisting with coordination of portfolio instructions.
