You’ll design and maintain databases, dashboards, and reports, transforming complex information into accessible insights that empower teams across the organisation.

What You’ll Do

• You’ll lead on the design and delivery of advanced BI reports and dashboards for senior leaders and external stakeholders, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and clarity of all outputs.
• Work across systems such as EBS, ProMonitor, ProAchieve, and Power BI, developing and optimising data structures to support business intelligence needs.
• Your work will include maintaining the data warehouse, supporting data integration projects, automating processes, and ensuring compliance with GDPR and data security standards.
• You’ll also mentor colleagues, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting systems and processes.

What We’re Looking For

• We’re seeking someone with significant experience in data reporting and analytics, excellent SQL and Power BI skills, and a strong understanding of relational databases, data modelling, and ETL processes.
• You’ll need a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject (or equivalent experience), along with a keen eye for accuracy, strong problem‑solving abilities, and confidence communicating technical information to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience in SSRS, SSIS, Visual Studio, or similar BI tools is essential, and familiarity with data warehousing, C#, or OLAP methodologies would be an advantage.
• Above all, you’ll be analytical, detail‑focused, and passionate about improving systems and insights that make a real impact.
