Senior Associate/Legal Director - Projects & Construction

Senior Associate/Legal Director – Non-Contentious Construction (London) at Trowers & Hamlins. Based in London as part of a national team of construction specialists, collaborating with real estate, corporate, tax, and planning teams on high-value developments across housing, education, leisure and commercial real estate.

Responsibilities
  • Advise central and local government, developers, contractors, investors, and housing associations on major UK and international schemes.
  • Shape procurement strategies, development structures, and asset management solutions from inception to delivery.
  • Collaborate with real estate, corporate, and banking teams on acquisitions, disposals, and infrastructure projects.
