Overview

Senior Associate, Cash Processing/Funds Transfer. This role is located in Manchester, UK and will be worked in a hybrid capacity within the Payments Investigations team.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of a small- to medium-sized client processing support team handling all aspects of client accounts, including solicitation, inquiries, and problem resolution.
  • Manage the daily transactional workflow within the team and align team resources accordingly to complete daily tasks.
  • Serve as the first line supervisor for task assignment and issue resolution, acting as the team’s initial point of contact for escalated issues.
  • Guide, motivate, and develop staff to maximize individual contributions, professional growth, and effective teamwork.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in technical elements and management preferred.
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
