Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in Health and Education projects.
• Proven experience managing projects through all RIBA stages.
• NEC contract experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead project design and delivery across all RIBA stages.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage Client relationships.
• Prepare and oversee detailed design and technical documentation.
