Qualifications

• Experience supporting and clearing tickets in MuleSoft, Power BI, Snowflake, Alteryx or similar.
• Strong support experience in Applications/Tech/Ops.
• Knowledge of ETL, SQL and data analytics skills.

• Support and clear tickets, managing backlogs effectively.
• Communicate with stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Work closely with tech and ops to resolve issues.
