Why this role is important to us

We're committed to strengthening our financial controls and ensuring compliance with ICFR standards. This role is important in driving data-driven insights and automation that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our controls testing.

This is a hybrid role based out of Nottingham or London office reporting into our Senior Analytics and Automation Manager.

Work that matters – What you'll do

  • Perform advanced data analytics to support ICFR and financial controls testing.
  • Develop scripts and queries for automated, continuous monitoring.
  • Develop secure, complete data feeds from multiple sources.
  • Create impactful dashboards and visualizations to report testing results.
  • Support integrated reporting combining analytics, monitoring, and manual testing.
  • Stay ahead of latest analytics and automation trends to improve processes.
Qualifications

What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience in data analytics delivery.
  • Proficiency in tools like Alteryx, SAS, Python, and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong SQL and Excel (can write advanced macros) skills.
  • Experience in controls testing or audit analytics.

  • Analytical, with experience in data-driven problem solving.
  • An audit and analytics background established within the professional services sector
  • Comfortable working with complex datasets.
  • Strong communicator who can clearly present insights.
  • Curious to explore new technologies and approaches.
  • Experience with predictive modeling, cloud platforms (AWS), or ICFR knowledge.
