Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of global issues that could affect client risk levels.
• Identify and update client profiles as necessary.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external clients to resolve issues.
• Provide guidance to less experienced staff.
• Contribute to the achievement of team goals.
