A UK housing provider seeks a Senior Allocations Coordinator to ensure compliance in lettings and allocations. This role involves reviewing decisions, collaborating with teams, and enhancing services while managing multiple priorities. Candidates must have a CIH Level 3 and knowledge of housing law. With a hybrid work model and a focus on community impact, this position offers the chance to contribute significantly to housing services in the UK.
£38,200 per year
Hybrid, with a weekly presence in either our Boston or Lincoln office

Become a Senior Allocations Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring our lettings and allocations run smoothly and fairly. You’ll provide a critical second line of assurance in decision‑making, making sure every allocation meets policy, legal, and regulatory standards. Working closely with the Allocations Manager and team, you’ll help deliver efficient, compliant allocations services, and support transparent resolution of tenancy queries.
Important: We do not provide visa sponsorship; you must be eligible to work in the UK. You must reside in the UK for the duration of your employment and provide Right to Work evidence.
