A major housing provider in the UK is looking for a Senior Allocations Coordinator to ensure smooth and fair lettings and allocations. This hybrid role involves supporting compliance in decision-making and working closely with the Allocations Manager. Candidates should have experience in allocations and strong knowledge of housing law. The position offers competitive pay and requires eligibility to work in the UK.

Looking for your next step? Become a Senior Allocations Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring our lettings and allocations run smoothly and fairly. You’ll provide a critical second line of assurance in decision‑making, making sure every allocation meets policy, legal, and regulatory standards. Working closely with the Allocations Manager and team, you’ll help deliver efficient, compliant allocations services, and support transparent resolution of tenancy queries.
Salary: £38,200 per year
Contract: Permanent, full time
Your week: 36.25 hours (Monday to Friday 9am–5:15pm)
Location: Hybrid, with a weekly presence in Boston or Lincoln office
